A 12-month aesthetic care plan is a strategic protocol that determines which treatments should be performed during each season throughout the year. Developed with seasonal factors, UV exposure and skin physiology in mind, this plan provides guidance for achieving optimal aesthetic results.

Winter Months (January – March)

Winter is the most suitable period for intensive skin renewal treatments. Low UV exposure creates ideal conditions for laser resurfacing, deep chemical peels and fractional treatments.

Spring Months (April – June)

Spring is the summer preparation season. While UV protection strategies are reinforced, mild to moderate treatments are planned. Pigmentation treatments should be completed and sun protection increased.

Summer Months (July – September)

During summer, invasive procedures should be avoided and focus should be placed on protective treatments. Laser and peeling are contraindicated due to high UV exposure. Botox renewals can be performed safely.

During this period, daily SPF 50+ sunscreen use, antioxidant serums and adequate hydration are essential. Injectable treatments such as PRP can be administered safely.

Autumn Months (October – December)

Autumn is the ideal start of the intensive treatment season. Treatment of UV damage accumulated over the summer is planned and the groundwork is laid for aggressive treatments in the winter months.

Key Considerations in Planning

While this plan provides a general framework, it should be tailored to each patient's individual needs. Minimum waiting periods between treatments, combination procedure limitations and the patient's social schedule should be taken into account. The plan is dynamically updated through regular physician check-ups.
